Retirement and appointment of a new Company Secretary
Bisichi Mining PLC (“Bisichi”), the listed mining company with direct coal
mining operations in South Africa, announces the retirement of Michael Stevens
on 31 March 2011 after holding the position for 25 years.
Andrew Heller said “I would like to thank Michael on behalf of the Board, for
his extremely valuable contribution during the years of substantial growth for
the company and to wish Michael a very enjoyable retirement”.
Heather Curtis, who joined the company in 2002 has been promoted to the
position of Group Company Secretary with effect from 1 April 2011. Heather is
an Associate of Chartered Institute of Secretaries.
